About

The name on the door is our name.

A boutique consulting firm in Rancho Cordova — hands-on, deliberately small, and built on the belief that good operations are a craft.

Our story

Why we do this.

Most consulting happens in a conference room. Ours happens on the floor — in the warehouse, at the permit counter, next to the people doing the work. That isn't a style preference. It's the only way to see the gap between how a process is described and how it actually runs.

We work in two settings that look unrelated and aren't. A building department with applications stalled at intake and a distribution center with pickers walking too far have the same underlying problem: work queued where it shouldn't be, and nobody with the time to step back and see it. The setting changes. The discipline doesn't.

Great White Services is a family firm; White is the family name. We stay small on purpose. The person who assesses your operation is the person who does the work, which means nothing is lost in a handoff and nobody sells you a scope they won't personally deliver. It also means we take on fewer engagements than we could — we'd rather do a small number of them properly.

How we work

Three things you can count on.

We show up in person.

Operations problems don't live in spreadsheets — they live on floors, in warehouses, and between people. We do our best work standing where your work happens.

We tell you the truth.

If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the first call. If the fix is simpler than you feared, we'll tell you that too. Our name is on this — literally.

We build things that last.

A consultant who leaves behind dependence has failed. Every engagement ends with your team owning the new way of working — documented, measured, and theirs.

Local roots

Based in Rancho Cordova. Serving greater Sacramento.

We work with small and mid-size businesses across the Sacramento region — close enough to be on your floor when it matters, not flying in quarterly with a slide deck. When you call, you get us, not an account manager.
